To delete your Elphi Kids account and all associated data, email officialelphikids@gmail.com from the same Gmail address you used to sign in. Include your child's profile name in the message. We process all deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation email once it's done.

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete the following from both your device and our cloud servers:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again later, you will start with a fresh account and no past progress.
A small amount of data must be retained even after account deletion, because of legal and platform obligations. None of it personally identifies you or your child going forward:
We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email at the same address once your data has been permanently deleted.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please email us again and we will investigate immediately.
